The credit card or bank account information is not retained by us or even seen by any member of the Garden Store, as it is processed by Paypal on their own servers, which are suitably secured.

We use any personal information about you to process and ship your order, and to contact you regarding your order and to answer any questions you may have. We may also share this information with certain suppliers, freight and shipping companies and manufacturers for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your order.

After you place an order or register for our newsletter, we may contact you at a future date to keep you informed of sales, promotions, new product releases, etc.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
