Delivery Charges

‘Silver’ Stainless Steel BBQ, Chimeneas, Water Features, Solar Lighting and Garden Games: Delivered FREE in mainland England & Wales only, except Devon, Cornwall and Powys.

Adelaide Slimline BBQ, Outdoor Playsets and Garden Swings: Delivered FREE to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.

For deliveries to locations listed below, an extra charge may be payable and this should be arranged in advance. Charges are dependent on destination and the weight of the item(s). Please email us and we will be happy to let you know whether an extra charge would be incurred, and if so, the cost. Please note that where international delivery is arranged, the customer is responsible for any taxes levied by offshore countries and governments.

Delivery Timescales
Generally, orders will be despatched within between 2-7 business days of the order being received, and often within 24-48 hours. On occasions, especially but not exclusively for heavier or larger items, delivery can take upto 10 days, but if this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when your item will be delivered. If you need your order quickly please contact us asap.
 
In many cases a tracking number will be available, and in this case, it will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.  
 
We use special couriers firms due to the heavy weight of many of our items. We reserve the right to use any carrier.


Your Delivery Details
We will deliver the goods to the door of the address you specify for delivery in your order; it is important that this address is accurate and a telephone number is required. You may be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. It is our aim to have your goods delivered on time, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods; any returned products must be unused and in its original packaging.  The goods must be sent back to us at our Supplier’s address on the Delivery Note (and not our company address listed on this website) at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our Supplier’s address on the Delivery Note (and not our company address listed on this website) at your own cost and risk.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, the amount you paid for the goods will be re-credited to your account minus the original delivery charge. The refund will be provided as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Only goods suitable for resale will be refunded against.

If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Refunds
It is very rare that your goods will arrive damaged or faulty. In circumstances where this is the case you will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods or we will, by agreement, arrange for the collection of these goods.

In some cases, we will replace the damaged or faulty part rather than the whole item.

For any faulty goods, it is important that you email us with a full description of the fault or damage no more than 7 days from the date of your delivery. We may require photographic evidence of any damage or fault where possible in order to arrange your replacement.


We understand that in some circumstances a fault with your product may occur after the initial 7 day period. In these circumstances you may be asked to provide photographic evidence and a full description of the problem. Depending on the determined cause of the problem we may charge for delivery of the replacement item. We are not liable for damages or faults caused by misuse or severe weather conditions.


In some cases, we may replace a damaged or faulty part rather than the whole item. It is important that we are informed in writing (by email) within 24 hours that a replacement or refund is requested. Please provide a full description of the issue. We may require photographic evidence of any damage or fault in order to arrange a replacement. Please note the customer is responsible for delivering the goods back to us. Upon the refund being authorised, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund issued. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be issued, in order that we can check the goods.
 
We are not liable for damage or faults caused by misuse or severe weather conditions.

Refunds will be provided as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Where to return goods
Please note that any goods returned must only be returned to the address of our Supplier which can be found on the Delivery Note which came with the goods (usually attached to the front).
